Elaine from Bryson Energy visited our school today to inform P5/6/7 on ways how to be more energy efficient in our homes and schools. She spoke of the danger of fossil fuels running out and the effect this would have on our world. Elaine told us all of the ways we could reduce energy output at home and at school, which would be both kind to our environment and save us all valuable pounds. Volunteers helped Elaine show us how simply insulating our homes better and putting on an extra layer of clothing, can all make a difference. We thank Elaine for visiting us and we look forward to implementing her suggestions throughout our school community. Look out for energy saving posters appearing around our school!
